There are three steps to enrolling your child.
- Fill out the Google Form. (See the above links.)
- Enroll on the Canyons District website. Please attach to the enrollment your child’s birth certificate, immunization record (even if you are missing all required immunizations), and proof of residency (dated in the last 60 days). If you do not have access to a computer please call our office. https://www.canyonsdistrict.org/depts/planning-enrollment/new-student/
- Register your child. Registration happens 2-3 weeks before school begins. You should receive an email reminding you to register. Registration is done through Skyward, a Canyons District website/app where you access your child’s school records. If you are new to Canyons District you will create a Skyward account during the enrollment process.
