Opening: The regular meeting of Quail Hollow Elementary School Community Council was called to order at 7:50 September 18, 2024 by Chair Mike Sax.

Approval of Agenda: The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.
Minutes approved from last meeting.
- Review bylaws at next meeting. Specifically changing elections to Spring.
- Cherie Sedowski nominated for council by Kraig Lodge second by Whitney Flygare. Unanimous board approval.
- Sarah Allred volunteered for chair position, Whitney Flygare for vice-hair, Sarah Johnson for secretary. Unanimous approval by board.
- Meeting schedule for 2024-2025 will continue to be Wednesday’s at 7:45
- October 23, November 20, December 18 (TBA), January 15, February 19, March 19, April 16, May 21 (TBA)
Motion to adjourn by Elysia with a second by Kraig. Meeting adjorned at 8:14
