● Minutes approved from last meeting and posted online
● Final Approval for 2026-27 TSSP/LandTrust plans
– Budget adjustments
o Go over new proposal.
o Significant drop in enrollment will decrease anticipated budget.
o i-Ready software only for 4th grade.
o Aides will need to be cut. Hours per grade will be cut.
o Maintain social worker and behavior assistant
o Buffer of $2-3K for COLA
o TSSP and LandTrust did not increase significantly this year
● Appreciation for teachers who have worked closely to make the new budget work.
● FTE policy is wonky. Can we have state law to guarantee class size?
● How are we going to prepare QH for new students?
● QH is in the next 5 builds. 2 story build.
● EEC is moving here. An effort to spread ABS geographically.
● Preschool will be moving, also to spread geographically
