Welcome
● Motion to approve November minutes. Motion – Nalwalker, Second -Johnson. Unanimous approval.
● Land Trust Plan. Most expenditures pay for people. We have one interventionist per grade. Plus bring a behavior assistant and a social worker to full time.
● What can we do with surplus? We can go up to 10%, but try to keep it at 5%. We will add more hours for aids, hire additional subs, give stipends to teachers
● Vote on the proposed Land Trust budget for next year. It still needs to be put in narrative form. Motion – Bishop, Second – Romero. Unanimous approval pending any significant changes to the budget or ideas that come from teachers.
● Review final report from last year’s Land Trust plan.

■ 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade met stated goal.
